Account Managers x 2 and Senior Account Managers x 2
Our clients, the leading insurance managers in the captive industry, currently seek 2 Account Managers and 2 Senior Account Managers to join their growing teams in Cayman and Bermuda.
These positions offer an excellent opportunity for career progression for candidates with experience of the captives industry. They are also a fantastic stepping stone for candidates looking for their first role outside of public practice.
THE ROLES
· These are high profile positions requiring excellent communication and people management skills.
· Coordination of the activities of the captive’s service providers.
· Responsibility for the day-to-day financial and operational management of a portfolio of captives.
· Supervision and oversight of administrative staff
THE CANDIDATES
· An internationally recognized professional accounting designation
· At least 2 years post-qualification experience, more for the senior roles
· Experience of the captive insurance industry (captive management or audit of captives) preferred
· Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines, well organized, and able to organize junior staff
· A good communicator, capable of developing and maintaining good internal and external relationships with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
· Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
