With more and more sophisticated offshore companies and investment vehicles becoming domiciled in the Caribbean, the range and depth of insolvency experience that is available to you offshore is greater than ever before. The traditional insolvency roles of administration and receivership appointments are now supplemented by a greater focus on recovery of both the business operations and the business model. Financial restructuring and reorganization, corporate investigations, and business reviews will form a large part of your offshore insolvency work experience.
This role offers extensive scope for progression and career growth within the department. At least 2 years experience within corporate recovery or forensic accounting is a must. This varied role will involve managing a portfolio of cases and reporting to the senior manager/director, control of case correspondence and report writing, ensuring creditors and shareholders are dealt with in accordance with case strategy and the various jurisdictional regulations.
Your role will also involve liaising with lawyers and other professional service providers, and preparing financial reports as required.
