We have been approached by our client, a prestigious international bank and trust group, to source experienced trust accountants for their offices in the Cayman Islands.
The successful applicant will:
· Have an internationally recognised accounting qualification with at least 2 years PQE.
· Be currently pursuing, or willing to pursue a STEP qualification.
· Be able to take on and prioritise large numbers of tasks effectively and be able to work accurately in a pressured environment.
The role will involve the management and accounting for a portfolio of clients, and your tasks will include:
· Managing the regulatory compliance of your clients
· Arranging and attending client meetings
· Maintaining current statutory documents
· Making the statutory filings to the authorities where necessary
· Preparing regular financial statements
Your role will also involve liaising with lawyers and other professional service providers, and preparing financial reports as required.
