Our client, a boutique law firm in the Cayman Islands, is seeking to employ a Corporate Administrator.
· At least two years experience in corporate administration, including the incorporation and maintenance of Cayman companies, preparation and filing of statutory annual returns;
· A thorough understanding of due diligence and compliance as required by local legislation;
· Sound organisational skills and the ability to consistently produce high quality work under pressure.
· Computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Work, Outlook and Excel.
· Ability to use initiative, work as a team player and without supervision, work well under pressure and be able to work overtime at short notice.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a salary of up to USD $45, 000 plus benefits on offer.
