As a Marketing Support Coordinator, you will be a key member supporting the Management Team in a junior level role and be responsible for some administrative duties. You will be the main support for the marketing department and will execute marketing initiatives, also handling sales inquiries, inputting sales orders, and junior level website management, some aspects of event planning, preparation and coordination of sales information/materials.
Candidate must have confidence and an ability to deal with professionals at all levels. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Additionally, the individual will also need a solid computer background in all MS Office applications including Excel, additional software knowledge an asset: i.e. Adobe Photoshop. Team player mentality is essential.
Individual must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills. Individual must possess strong leadership skills. Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent education & experience an asset
- Intermediate to Expert end user of common office technology (MS Office, Excel, Web-based Applications etc.) History of self-training on new applications as necessary
- 2 or more years of Sales & Marketing administrative support an asset
- Experience in sports industry an asset
