We are currently seeking to fill the position Inside Sales Coordinator. The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Inside Sales Coordinator
•Provide inside sales support to the Account Executives, assist by providing information, preparing material and or reports for their use
•Provide specialized support to Key Accounts (as identified)
•Provide spot pricing based upon criteria (as defined)
•Participate and support the sales department in the growth and generation of new sales activity and maintenance of existing accounts
•With company support and training, be proficient in prospecting new opportunities for all Core companies and/or services
•Conduct cold calls and information gathering, based on various industry publications, providing information, to area Sales Managers for follow up
•Book/confirm weekly appointments for the Account Executives
•Complete a daily sales activity summary, forward to Director of Sales
•Follow up on new account holders, with respect to rates, air waybills and contact information
•Assist in the communication of sales and service related activity to the cargo customer base as required
•Monitor and track “special cargo” as required
•Other duties as required
The successful candidate should have previous sales related experience and a familiarity with the airline and/or logistics industry.
