As a Mortgage Agent for Centum Enterprise Mortgage Ltd. your opportunities and income are unlimited as we provide you with the best resources, systems, and training - aimed solely at enabling you to be successful! Our Mortgage Agents work individually and/or within a team to initiate and develop potential mortgage business. Our Mortgage Agents contact customers who have applied for a mortgage, collect and analyze borrower’s applications to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage, and then create mortgage solutions tailored specifically to meet each borrower’s need. At Centum Enterprise Mortgage Ltd. We have specific programs in place for you to maximize deal flow while our in house underwriting team takes care of all the administration work. This allows you to focus on on your customers rather than the tedious paperwork.
Agents Must Be:
• Experienced: 1-2 years minimum as a mortgage agent
• Able to develop a pipeline of new business from outside sales efforts, referrals, and other networking exercises
• Able to develop and Manage sales leads
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Active and visible in the community to promote yourself and Enterprise Mortgage while enhancing business development efforts
• Have the willingness and desire to initiate mortgage sales.
• The proven ability to close a mortgage deal
