As a Manager, Member Service Representatives you will be responsible for the leadership and development of the Member Service Representatives. In partnership with the Branch Manager you will build and develop a dynamic and highly skilled Member Service team. Your excellent coaching skills together with your strong motivational ability will enable you to develop and focus your team on achieving their individual performance objectives through the delivery of a positive and professional sales and service experience to our member-owners.



As part of these responsibilities, the following key performance areas identify the major accountabilities related to the position and will be evaluated regularly. The specific results expected in each key performance area will be developed and agreed to by the incumbent and the Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions.

Thorough knowledge of Banking products, services, policies and procedures

The proven ability to provide superior Member Service with a flair for proactively identifying and recommending solutions based on Member needs
