BJCASNR DES/LG/GEN -- Two exciting and urgent opportunities have arisen within this large international multi disciplinary company based within the exhilarating heart of Dubai!
Projects include high profile hospitality, residential, retail, commercial, leisure and resorts (this is not an exclusive list) and require a dynamic and highly skilled work force.
Responsibilities:
• Design Management of various high profile projects within Dubai
• Chairing regular design team meetings, monitoring the status and distribution of drawings, checking drawings for compliance with the client’s requirements and general regulations
• Preparation of Inspection Plans/Records/Reports to support inspections performed and following up RO’s, initiate NCR’s
• Preparation / review of technical specifications
• Monitoring design and work execution ensuring compliance with technical specifications, method statements, drawings, regulations etc. and client’s requirements
• Co-ordination with design engineers in respect of time-schedules, cost effectiveness and quality
Requirements:
• Essential to have Gulf experience
• 10 - 15 years Structural Design Management Experience
• Dubai Municipality status is essential
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in managing large teams
