Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university
Experience: 3-5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software
Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
Area of Specialization: Sales, Marketing
Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department, Advise senior management, Conduct site visits, Conduct sales blitzes, Participate in trade shows, Ability to make cold calls, Maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts
Additional Skills: Recruit, hire staff, arrange for training of staff, and conduct performance reviews
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, and a valid driver's license
Ability to Supervise: 5 - 10 people
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making
Other Responsibilities: Deliver on Quality Sales Targets, Manage team of Direct Sales Associates (DSA), Motivate DSAs to achieve the highest quality customer experience and to deliver on challenging sales targets, and Lead by example by selling alongside your sales agents in a shift environment.
The salary for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 Yearly, 40 Hours per week, Bonus,Commission, Other Benefits
