We are looking for a Sales Supervisor for the Winnipeg area who wants to work with a highly professional, first class team to surpass our client’s expectations. If you meet the following criteria, please contact us.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Completion of high school
• 7 - 11 months work experience
• Must speak, read and write English
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Internet access, Cellular phone
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly
• Ability to Supervise: 5 - 10 people

Other: Direct Sales Force requires Hi-Energy, Reliable Supervisors to oversee and lead a team of direct sellers. Sales team promotes and sells various VISA cards inside various venues across the Winnipeg Area. Must be willing to work on call. $16/hour+ commission. Excellent opportunities for advancement.
