DSF is looking for a Field Sales Manager to take on the responsibility of training and motivating a sales staff for the following Locations: Surrey, Langley,Cloverdale, Aldergrove, Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
You will assist in promoting and selling one of most respected financial institutions in the country.
DSF Offers a competitive hourly wage and a commission on all approved sales.
Qualifications
The successful Candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma, with a major in sales and marketing is an asset.
• Experience in direct sales or other relevant sales experience is required for this position.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Motivated by a compensation structure that rewards results.
• Enjoys fast paced work in a high-energy sales environment.
• A driver's license and vehicle are required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Other Skills:
Ability to Supervise 5-10 with a staff responsibility of 1-20 people and Basic security clearance, Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department, Advise senior management, Conduct site visits, Conduct sales blitzes, Participate in trade shows, Ability to make cold calls, Maintain existing accounts, generate new accounts, Recruit and hire staff, arrange for training of staff, and Conduct performance reviews, Deliver on Quality Sales Targets Manage team of Direct Sales Associates (DSA) Motivate DSAs to achieve the highest quality customer experience and to deliver on challenging sales targets Lead by example: sell alongside your sales agents in a shift environment.
