We are looking for a Program Manager who wants to work with a highly professional, first class team to surpass our client’s expectations. If you meet the following criteria, please contact us.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Program Manager will manage and oversee a team of Field Sales Agents. Responsibilities will include: Interviewing, hiring and training employees; Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Verifies the completion of all applications prior to submission.
• Ensures that all Field Sales Agents are provided with their weekly schedule in advance.
• Required to hire to fulfill his/her program staff requirement.
• Responsible not only for training the Field Sales Agents but ensuring that they adequately comprehend all policies and procedures prior to working in the field.
• Ensures that all locations are fully staffed with the required sales materials at all times.
• Ensures that all Field Sales Agents are complying with Direct Sales Force Clocking in/out policy..
• Accountable for recording all daily clock in/out information
• Ensures that all events are staffed at all times including, if necessary, by himself/herself.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Kiosks displays are coordinated including transporting and setting up the Kiosk displays by him/herself if required.
• Lead by example by selling along the Field Sales Agents in a shift environment for a minimum of 30 hours.
• Ensures that weekly sales reports are completed in the format as provided by Direct Sales Force.
• Responsible for ensuring that all applications are sent to Direct Sales Force Head office within the time frame to be provided by Direct Sales Force.
• Responsible for achieving the sales objectives and targets
• Ensures quality and productivity are met

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of high School and some College or University.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales preferably face to face sales
Skills: Strong oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, excellent planning, time management and organizational skills are a must. Great problem solving, computer literate and decision making skills are required.
Working Condition: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multitask, effectively handle rejections, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be able to work shift. Must have a cellular phone, a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Mental Demand: Attention to details. Will need to memorize all the products and services that are offered.
Physical Demands: Is expected to stand for long periods and is expected to lift 40 pounds.
Must be willing to work on call. $16/hour+ commission. Excellent opportunities for advancement.
