. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Office Clerk in our Vancouver Office.
Responsibilities:
• Providing for and maintaining project filing systems, archiving, libraries and other administrative services (word processing, data entry, etc.)
• Promoting and facilitating of social activities within the office
• Contributing to the completion of proposals when necessary
• Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, Office Administrator and other administration staff when necessary
Qualifications:
• Superior proficiency in the use of current MS Office software
• Excellent communications, analytical, and organization skills
• Education or experience related to office administration would be considered an asset
