POSITION SUMMARY:

An established and growing organization is looking to add a Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to their team. The successful candidate will be experienced in Air and Ocean Import and Export sales activities. The Freight Forwarding Sales Representative will focus on prosperous territory growth. The incumbent will possess superior communication, organizational and negotiation skills, building long lasting strategic relationships with clients.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Engage in Air and Ocean Import and Export sales activities
Source sales opportunities for territory growth
Achieve sales targets and objectives
Determine customer needs
Negotiate rates
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations
Build strong relationships with clients
Keep current on industry trends and the competition
