Duties include:

- Creating initial repair order based on customer input, using industry standard terminology
- Estimate time & cost to complete repair order
- Scheduling service appointments, taking into account work already scheduled, as well as estimate of repair order being scheduled
- Informing customers of progress on their service work
- Opening & closing repair orders in computerized system
- Maintaining courteous & professional relations with customers and mechanics
- Handling customer complaints, escalating only if necessary
- Weekend work may be required
Qualifications:

- Good knowledge of trucks & the mechanics of trucks
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Good interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain courteous & professional relations with customer and mechanics
- Ability to work productively under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
