We are currently recruiting for Collectors for our call centre in the Winnipeg, Manitoba location. As a Collector you will be required to recover delinquent accounts from the company clientele. This is done by utilizing excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. With in-depth training and support, Collectors are to provide consumers with expert knowledge and understanding of loan policies and processes. In this full-time position you must be able to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Recover delinquent accounts while focusing on customer service and ensuring that accounts are collected in a firm professional manner.
• Manage inventory in an effective manner so that all accounts are worked thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
• All collection positions require excellent problem solving skills, ability to communicate effectively, maintain a high call volume and accurate data entry
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Strong typing/keyboarding skills
• Sales Oriented
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment
• Previous experience in collections is an asset.

We are currently recruiting for the positions between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $11.50 per hour with a monthly bonus potential depending on performance.
