Effective Admin Assistant
 

Well-respected company based in Hamilton has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and marketing/sales support to the President.

Job Responsibilities:
Courteous and efficient phone contact with clients
Create & upload marketing materials online
Coordinate information and arrange preparation of presentations for speaking events;
Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing sales & marketing documents;
Maintain a well-organized marketing filing system for easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.

Requirements:
Post-secondary education, preferably studying Business, Marketing or Business Admin
Minimum 1 year Admin or Marketing Assistant experience
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Polished manner, energetic attitude, go-getter personality
Strong organizational skills; proactive
Possess excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills;
Strong with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with research on the internet

Compensation:
Hourly rate is dependent on relevant work experience. Hourly rate to be increased after successful completion of training; with opportunity for monthly and quarterly bonuses.
