Well-respected company based in Hamilton has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and marketing/sales support to the President.
• Courteous and efficient phone contact with clients
• Create & upload marketing materials online
• Coordinate information and arrange preparation of presentations for speaking events;
• Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing sales & marketing documents;
• Maintain a well-organized marketing filing system for easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
• Post-secondary education, preferably studying Business, Marketing or Business Admin
• Minimum 1 year Admin or Marketing Assistant experience
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Polished manner, energetic attitude, go-getter personality
• Strong organizational skills; proactive
• Possess excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills;
• Strong with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with research on the internet
Hourly rate is dependent on relevant work experience. Hourly rate to be increased after successful completion of training; with opportunity for monthly and quarterly bonuses.
