OVERALL PURPOSE:
The specific purpose of this role is to provide measurement, planning and technology direction to The Company IS regarding the national infrastructure environment at their client site. This includes capacity planning, refresh strategies, future technology requirements, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills required are:
- Ability to plan a large migration from Nortel to Cisco
- Migration experience
• Strong technical knowledge in Nortel and Cisco
• Solid communications (both oral and written) and presentation skills
• Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Minimum 5 years technical experience with Nortel and Cisco
