Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: $40,000 to $70,000 + Bonus, Other Benefits, Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible. Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Manitoba (1 vacancy. Credentials: Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.), Experience: 5 years or more. Work Setting Experience: Commercial construction, Industrial construction, Institutional construction. HR Responsibility: 1 - 20. Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports.
