Responsibilities:
The Controls Coordinator will be responsible for:
-Contractual deliverables between Instrumentation and Controls Department and Main Automation Contractor (MAC)
-Coordination of technical issues between I&C, MAC, and Client.
Develop key control specifications and automation design notes for project as required.
Qualifications:
Detailed knowledge and experience with:
-Fieldbus Design and segment loading and verification.
-Function Block and Sequential Control Programming, HMI custom graphics
DCS/SIS System architecture drawings
Asset Allocation, Maintenance Override Groupings, ESD levels, FFB Parameters & HART Parameters
-Junction box and instrument cable design
-DCS / SIS / HMI, etc
-ModBus RS485/TCP and DeviceNet 3rd party interfaces
-INTools, specifically Wiring Module (I/O Assignments, printing wiring reports, etc) and Instrument Index Module
-Vendor Package reviews.
-FAT, Loop checks, panel checks, SAT, SIFT, start-up, commissioning,
