Responsibilities:
The Project Materials Coordinator is responsible for supporting our alliance team. Drawing on technical and mechanical experience, utilizing Supply Management tools, processes and strategies to coordinate and maintain 100% line-of-site on all procured project materials. Securing the on-time delivery of project materials from a multitude of sources. Providing commercial and technical expertise to the project team members.
Specific Responsibilities:
The Material & Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the following functions:
-Supply Management
-Procurement
-Contract Management
-Vendor Management
-Client Support
-Business Improvement
-Business Systems
Qualifications and education:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-A technical diploma, degree from a recognized institute, or
Certification in Purchasing/ Logistics/Supply Chain Management from a recognized association or institution, or experience in lieu of.
Contract/Procurement experience in oil and gas production and/or exploration
-Negotiation and presentation skills
-6 - 10 years direct industry experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirements
-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time.
-Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
