THE POSITION

Coordinating with the engineering department you will be responsible for keeping projects on track. Monitoring the scheduling, providing technical guidance on client requirements, preparing bids and coordinating manpower requirements to ensure delivery of projects will be an integral part of this position.
Successful applicants to this role will have an understanding of how to efficiently manage mid to large scale projects.


QUALIFICATIONS

-20 years experience in project management in the oil/gas industry
-Extensive experience in the consulting engineering field
-At least 10 years experience working on oil sands projects.
-Knowledge of ore preparation
-Experience as a key client contact with a demonstrated ability to exceed client expectations
-Registration as a Professional Engineer
-A degree in mechanical engineering
