Momentous.ca is seeking an energetic and personable Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must have at least 6 months experience in a customer service role, preferably in an in-bound call center environment. This position requires flexibility, excellent phone manner and excellent data entry skills. You must possess good business writing skills and have an aptitude for learning technical processes.
Bilingualism will be considered an asset.. Must be available evenings and weekends.
