Responsibilities:
Responsibilities to include:
* assisting customers with their telephone, fax and email requests;
* assisting Sales Representatives and Call Centre Representatives with their order processing;
* receiving and transfering telephone calls via internal switchboard systems;
* liaising with other departments company-wide;
* greeting visitors as they enter the building;
* process credit card payments for Canadian, US and International orders.
Skills/Experience:
The suitable candidate will :
* have exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
* have effective time management and skills for problem solving;
* be extremely quality/detail-oriented and multi-task in a fast paced environment;
* be enthusiatic and a true team player;
* be able to enter and update data and have a keen eye for data integrity;
* be able to quickly learn new information, both technical and procedural;
* have fluency in spoken and written English;
* be organized with strong time management skills;
* have computer skills with familiar usage of email/internet, MS Office and Excel;
* be able to use a significant telephone switchboard.
Education:
* Grade 12 minimum
