Applications Engineer

As a member of the R&D team, you will be challenged with the designing, building and testing of the latest film & television equipment that incorporates the most advanced components available to the industry. You have the opportunity to work on all stages of product development from design to production.

The individual selected will be results oriented, self-motivated and must enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that places a high emphasis on teamwork.

•Testing and validating file based work-flow solutions to ensure suitability for specific customer applications
•Providing technical customer support including problem replication/resolution and on-site support as needed
•Creating sales support and product application notes
•Creating and updating product manuals

•Degree or Diploma in computer engineering, computer science, networking, and/or IT
•3-5 years experience in related field
•Understanding of base-band, compressed and file based audio/video
•Experience in dealing with in-house and/or external end customers
•The ability to travel worldwide
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
