We are a company that manufactures, repairs and reconditions oilfield equipment who are looking to fill multiple positions of Journeyman Machinists.
In this position you will be responsible for but not limited to CNC, boring and milling machine set-up/programming and Operation.
Some specific skills are to program CNC machine tools, repair machine tools and parts, set up and adjust production machinery, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, verify dimensions or machined tools and parts using precision measuring instruments, maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments, document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances and maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
Essential Skills include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, tables and work orders, as well as the ability to work well with others, problem solve, use critical thinking, job task planning and organization with continuous learning. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines with physically demanding repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
