We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, self-starter who is looking to move beyond the basic sales job. We are in our 20th year and are the recognized industry leader in safety products, services and training and due to continued growth, are looking to add one more dynamic person to our sales team.
As the front "face" of our company, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our beautiful offices on River Road in Delta. Working with a team of professionals, you will be responsible for the following:
Inside Sales
As a member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for:
achieving pre-determined sales targets
preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project number of contacts
following up on new leads and referrals
developing relationships with potential clients
proactively working with existing and new customers to determine specific needs for companys diversified product line, including:
- Safety management products and services
- Emergency management preparedness products and support services
- Custom sewn safety products
correctly and accurately completes order documentation for production
participating in weekly sales meetings
Customer Service/Reception:
Greets all visitors to the building
Monitors and answers the phone lines, transfers calls and takes messages
Provides front office customer service
Provides administrative support including filing, and distribution of messages and faxes
Respond to customer inquiries (phone and walk in)
Willing to demonstrate flexibility in assignments and scope of work as required in order to achieve the objectives of the department.
Updates General Manager on daily basis with sales, progress and problems
Reports time and activities to the General Manager at the end of every week.
If repair or maintenance people enter the facility to do any kind of work they must be accompanied and supervised.

Keyboarding speed: 50 + wpm.
