Fluency in French (written and verbal)
- TICO certification
- Knowledge of Customer Service and Canadian Tourism.
- Post Secondary Degree preferably in Travel Trade, Business, or other related area.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related environment (Customer Service, Tourism, Reservations and/or Operations)
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, processes and systems
- Customer-focused
- Able to communicate thorough and accurate information effectively both orally and in writing;
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making
- Able to work alone in the office.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to carry an emergency cell phone, for after-hours call-centre coverage
