JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Sales Manager will be responsible for growing sales to small and medium size businesses. The successful candidates will be skilled in solution/consultative selling,Training new staff proactively creating opportunities, and primarily focusing on new accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote position and sell wireless solutions to small and medium size businesses.
Execute sales campaigns and create new client relationships through relationship building. This will involve cold calling.
Participate in industry trade shows and other events.
Develop and deliver solutions to potential prospects.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Attend all Rogers Wireless training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Self motivated sales professional who shows initiative and aggressively seeks out new business while successfully fostering existing business relationships.
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills are important.
Good communication skills: problem solving, written, oral, and presentation skills.
Candidate must posses a strong ability to build rapport with others.
COMPENSATION:
The compensation for this position includes a base salary, monthly commission plan, residual income and vehicle allowance. Benefits include extended health and dental plans.
