•Experience in application architecture, detail application design, application development & systems integration
• Designing and implementing complex, end-to-end solutions experience .
• Experience in architecture & design of distributed, multi-tier applications using open industry standards such as SOAP, XML, HTTP,
• Object-oriented and Unified Modeling Language (UML) knowledge.
• Solutions implemented across multiple application environments such as IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, IBM MQSeries, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Rack, and IBM DB2.
• Proven experience with JAVA-based application design, technologies (Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JMS, Swing, Java Security); mainframe systems (IBM z/OS, CICS, COBOL); XML and related technologies (XSL/T, XML Schema); Web services including SOAP, UDDI, XML, WSDL; Messaging / middleware, IBM WebSphere MQSeries, and Microsoft .NET application design, technologies.
• Team building, coaching, negotiation, facilitation, and personnel management skills are essential.
