We are a small but fast growing building maintenance and corporate cleaning company seeking a Manager of Operations/Customer Service to join our company.
This position requires the ability to effectively manage corporate accounts and provide and handle all aspects of customer service such as
- Quality Control of corporate accounts
- Being the main point of contact for all accounts
- Troubleshooting any issues with respect to the cleaning of these accounts
- Inventory management
- Quality reporting
- Hiring, training of cleaning crews
- Development of training programmes
- Development of process and procedure manuals
The successful candidate will have:
- excellent communication skills
- professional acumen
- detail oriented
- previous experience in a similar role
- supervisory experience
- have a car - and a clean driving record
- excellent customer service skills
- positive “Can Do” attitude & energy
- willing to roll up their sleeves and help -
The territory will be covering : Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Barrie
This is a permanent fulltime position
