Job Profile

This role is suited for an individual that enjoys keeping up with and learning new marketing technologies. The job focuses on managing online marketing campaigns to drive lead generation using web content, email marketing, and social media strategies. You would work closely with individual sales employees to develop email marketing programs specific to their target market and to build their own professional branding. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will implement marketing plans according to the company’s overall marketing strategies.



- Create and manage email lead generation campaigns for different company divisions
- Work closely with the sales team to develop creative campaigns to drive sales and convert new leads to qualified prospects
- Database management and data mining of our leads database using Salesforce
- Manage customer loyalty email campaigns
- Monitor and analyze KPI to continually refine messages, lists, and landing pages
- Execute email-marketing tactics such as A/B testing, drip marketing, auto responders, etc. using Pinpointe or a similar Email-marketing program
- Continually find ways to acquire new sources of leads and improve effectiveness of campaigns

Blog Management:

- Update company blog on a regular basis with new and professional content using info-graphics, video, images, and expert articles.
- Collaborate with different company divisions to write articles of interest to their target market
- Manage and build relationships with key journalists and bloggers
- Find ways to increase exposure of internal articles through social bookmarks, backlinks, online media and traditional media

Social Media:

- Monitor social networks, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Google+, for comments and conversations and reply accordingly
- Work with the sales team on ways to improve individual professional branding
- Ensure the consistency of the company’s brand and messaging across all social media channels
- Monitor and analyze social media KPI’s and suggest ways to increase social engagement


- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Degree or Certification in Marketing, IT, or Business
- Knowledge of Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Hootsuite is an asset
