Accordingly, the Marketing Coordinator will be expected to interface with and work in multi-disciplinary teams in which the contribution of each member is equally valued. The successful candidate will lead the day to day promotion and advertising efforts for the Calgary office. Responsibilities will include:
• Develop and maintain an advertising plan to support marketing program objectives
• communicating the firm’s image and objectives
• advertising media
• trade show event management and participation
• participation in industry/media/civic events
• format and content for promotional and journalistic publications
• tailoring promotional materials and newsletters to target audiences
• web site maintenance
• press releases
• qualify, interview, and select vendors and consultants
• awards programs, submission guidelines, and deadlines
• corporate entertainment strategies and special events planning
Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing or Communications;
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment;
• Exceptional writing and editing skills;
• Expert in Microsoft Office software;
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
