SENIOR PARTS TECHNICIAN - JOHN DEERE
Have you been working in a parts department forever and want the opportunity to be recognized for your contribution? Have you been putting in the time without receiving the recognition you deserve? On behalf of their client, Grasslands Group is seeking to find an experienced Senior Parts Technician to oversee a well-established JOHN DEERE parts department.
The successful candidate will be responsible to sell parts, labour, and whole goods service 100% of the time. Seasonal overtime will be required during seeding, haying, and harvesting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The right candidate must have:
ˇ Previous experience using a computer parts program (such as JDIS) required
ˇ Knowledge of critical parts codes is required.
ˇ Preference will be given to those who have completed a parts person apprenticeship or college program.
ˇ Three (3) years experience with farm equipment parts
ˇ Proficient in establishing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
ˇ Above average interpersonal communication, supervisory, and customer care qualities.
COMPENSATION
ˇ Above average annual income will match industry specific experience
