Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:
* High degree of computer literacy with Excel, Access, and major ERP systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.),
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Lead/ Manager, Process Consultant, or IT Auditor,
* Experience with full life cycle system implementations, managing both functional and technical teams,
* Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting processes/ workflows, and developing specifications for system programmers,
* Previous experience in a Big 4 or consulting environment,
* BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Management,
* PMP, CISA, or similar certifications,
* 4+ years relevant industry or consulting experience, and
* A passion for a project work lifestyle.
