Description Responsibilities:
Provide support for the information technology services by focusing on appropriate solutions.
Provide necessary support to users and IT services department for troubleshooting and other IT incidents pertaining to, hardware, network services and running of server applications.
Provide support to IT team in the implementation and maintenance of Network, Server and Communication Infrastructure.
Maintain complete log of IT documentation including IT request forms, IT user compliance forms and IT incident Reporting.
Provide necessary support of Business/Office Applications to concerned IT users.
Provide support in realization of Information Security Management system and optimization of ERP system.
Provide necessary support in arrangement and renewal of software license agreements and management of IT assets.
Provide support in developing the budget of IT resources and to maintain a track record of IT budget utilization on regular basis.
Skills Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field. Any recognized IT certification is preferable and advantageous.
3 to 4 years experience of IT support, network, infrastructure and security services in well reputed organization. Knowledge of database administration, IT resources planning and web site management is preferable.
Knowledge of SAP-Administration will be preferable.
Excellent Customer Service Skills with ability to work independently.
Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks with firm timelines.
