We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Secondary Mortgage Marketing Specialist for our facility.
Purpose of Job: You will be responsible for the analysis of loan pricing and purchase functions for Secondary Marketing. You will make recommendations to management on daily pricing, profitability and competitiveness. You will develop and utilize reporting tools to monitor the pricing of individual and bulk loan flow, including product distribution, to ensure competitiveness and profitability goals are met.
Job Duties:
* Under minimal supervision, performs complex work assignments and problem resolution.
* Gathers information, analyzes data trends, identifies root causes and recommends work products.
* Acquires and applies advanced knowledge of the business, its products and processes.
* Assembles, guides and facilitates teams in the development and implementation of key department initiatives.
* Serves as a mentor and resource to team members on escalated issues of an unusual nature.
* Provides insight to management on business related issues.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
* 6 years of relevant business support and/or general analysis experience.
Preferred:
* 3+ years of mortgage experience.
* Secondary marketing experience.
* Mortgage pricing experience.
* Data extraction experience, preferably with SAS.
* Familiarity with multi-dimensional analytics, using tools such as SAS, ACCESS, SQL.
