About the Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team of professionals.
Requirements:
• Must have 2 years public accounting experience
• Able to work independently without direct supervision
• Must be an expert in all areas of Quickbooks, familiarity with Excel, Word and CFS
-Previous tax experience a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monthly write up
• Bill paying
• Recording of deposits
• Process weekly payroll, quarterly payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, bank reconciliation’s including credit cards, prepare year end W-2’s and 1099’s
