Bilingual French Technical Support Agent

Bilingual French Technical Support Agent

Responsibilities:

* Must be Fluent in English French as a second language
* Respond to incoming technical calls from hotel guests and staff in an efficient, courteous and knowledgeable manner
* Troubleshoot guest connections from both the hotel network side as well as the PC side
* Complete resolution of technical issues including the assurance that escalated cases are addressed
* Follow up with guests regarding open cases
* Monitor and maintain servers and switches remotely
* Technical projects work
* Contribute to the Help Desk Knowledge Base
* Maintain knowledge of new software versions and technologies
* Work in a team environment

Requirements:

* Must be Fluent in English with Spanish or French as a second language
* Knowledge of networking and network equipment
* Proficient in Linux, Win95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP and Mac operating systems
* Excellent customer service skills
* Available to cover shifts supporting a 7/24 operation
* Familiarity with internet applications including e-mail and VPN’s an asset
* Working of knowledge of laptop hardware an asset
