Assist customers by taking payments, processing information, answering questions, customer resolution and problem solving, upsell/cross-sell related products and services.

Minimum Requirements, Work Experience:
OSSD (High School Diploma or equivalent) 6 months customer service experience preferred (ie. restaurant, hotel, cashier etc.) Upsell or cross sell experience also preferred. Weekend and weeknight availability. Computer experience preferred. Good communication skills. Speak, read, and write English. Proven Sales ability. Strong customer service orientation. Superior communication skills (oral and written.) Strong listening and rappore building skills. Empathetic and understanding. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and basic systems navigation skills. Strong keyboarding skills with ability to multi task. Demonstrates positive, enthusiastic attitude. Dedicated team player.
Now Hiring for August 11th and 25th, 2008. Paid training. Schedules after training vary, however afternoons and weekends are likely. Hours of operation for this department are 8am to 3am Monday to Sunday.
