We are now seeking qualified technical savvy individuals to join our Team of Technnical Support Professionals. Previous software, hardware, media, peripherals, PDA, or other device support an asset. Previous call center experience and asset. Extensive Windows, other operating systems knowledge and networking experience an asset. Computer Hobbyists welcome!!

The Job:

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Hardware, Networking software, Networking hardware, Internet, Servers, Applications - desktop, Office Suites, 3D graphic software, Database software

Specific Skills: Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

Essential Skills: Document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, computer use, continuous learning.

Other: Technical support via phone/other communication media, resolves customer problems in a professional & timely manner. Logs customer calls, maintains acceptable talk times. Ongoing training on new products/areas, effectively utilize current training resources.

Work Setting: Help desk, telecommunications industry.

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available...on bus route.

Positions Available for September 22nd, 2008.

12.00 per hour in training and increases after 90 days. Our agents earn upto 17.00/hr!!!

OSSD required. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience with Novell, Linux, and related software an asset. Knowledge of PC hardware and networking experience an asset. Effective communication skills.
