Accounting Clerk | Transportation Industry
 

*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Day-to-day bank management, including daily review and updating of bank activity, cash reports, payables and receivables
* Complete bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and lines of business
* Detailed monitoring of profit and loss
* Prepare and print weekly payroll and commission reports
* Prepare and print weekly reports specific to business operations
* Keep kitchen stocked with supplies and daily trips to bank for transactions (mileage and expenses paid)
* Preparing documents for review and distribution
* Other administrative duties as assigned

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* 5+ years of office administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or transportation/logistics environment.
* Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
* Experience with Microsoft Great Plains software an asset, experience with any accounting software experience will be considered
* Must have own transportation
* Bondable
