Facility Supervisor

Our established client in recreation is looking for a Facility Supervisor to join their senior team.
In this position you will be responsible for:
Reporting to General Manager
Oversee the maintenance department and its team
Communication with all Supervisors and Management with regards to departmental operational needs, expectations and progress
Proactive and preventative maintenance of the building, facilities and its grounds.
develop and maintain relationship with outside contractors/vendors/suppliers
Track and update budgets related to any projects and labour
This company will expect from you:
Minimum High School Diploma Required
5+ years experience in a similar environment in a management or supervisory role
Technically hands-on and able to lead a team
Professional and outgoing
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems
Familiarity with pools and ice rinks are an asset
Strong proficiency in oral and written English
Strong analytical skills
