Executive Assistant - Contract to Hire

Draft, edit, proofread and manage all correspondence
Prepare reports and presentations
Plan and coordinate meetings and events
Prepare and distribute agendas, attend meetings,
Prepare and distribute minutes
Prepare financial statements
Manage travel arrangements
This company will expect from you:
Diploma or certificate in office administration, an asset
8+ years of recent Executive Assistant experience
Previous experience in accounting/finance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discretion and professionalism
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint
