Your ERM and CRM implementation experience is just what our client is looking for in their next Operations Facilities Manager role. Our client, a design driven and leading construction company, is searching for an individual who is passionate in building both internal and external customer relationships by exceeding their operational and facility needs. Your experience in implementing ERP solutions and overall project management to improve the operational efficiency of the business will be a key to your success. Manage and execute diverse projects related to the operational efficiency of the facilities
Responsible for day to day operational responsibilities of the company including facilities upgrades and maintenance
Work with the management team in developing and implementing ERM and CRM conversions
Work with supplies and vendors, negotiate contracts and follow through to ensure contracts are executed properly
Provide IT support to internal customers including ordering and setting up computer systems and networks
Identify the companys procurement needs (e.g. telephone systems, office furniture and supplies), research suppliers, and source necessary resources
Provide back end support for the companys telephone systems
Responsible for all aspects of property management
Monitor and upgrade internal operational processes as needed
What The Company Expects From You:
Project Management Experience
Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM software and extensive experience in implementing ERP and CRM solutions
Previous operations and/or office management experience
Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing projects with vendors and suppliers
A real interest in IT and a strong understanding of computer networking systems
Customer focused, able to understand and meet the needs of the internal customer
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate contracts
What You Can Expect From Them:
$90,000 to $100,000 salary plus a comprehensive benefit plan
