Electrical Sales Executive

The Headhunters is actively recruiting for new sales executives in the electrical field for our clients. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by some of the top sales managers in the industry and use your knowledge and background to consult with dealers, end users, OEM's, project managers, and some of the top decision makers in Alberta.
Job Description:
Prospect and keep up with the Alberta market to identify leads or other opportunities to generate business
Travel within Alberta to meet with new and existing clients, and consult regarding their business to find the best solutions
Attain and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets based on revenue generation and other key performance indicators
Use a sales tracking program such as CRM or Salesforce to track and measure success
What we can expect from you:
Strong working knowledge of the electrical field - journeyman electricians, electrical engineers are urged to come forward!
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Be someone who can consult and problem solve for others
Previous sales experience is not a must but have strong persuasion abilities coupled with a great customer service mentality and most importantly, the willingness to learn!
