Another EXCLUSIVE Headhunters search! Our rapidly growing, Edmonton based client is in the hunt for hands-on, results focused Maintenance Operations Manager. This is a key role reporting directly to the General Manager. These are exciting times as the company is growing fast, has a real competitive advantage in the marketplace but they need a real hitter to come in and drive efficiencies.
The ideal individual will bring a strong mix of fleet experience, procurement and maintenance management. We are looking for someone who is not the least bit reluctant to get his/her hands dirty. You will be responsible for the maintenance facility and participating at the senior management level. You have a strong sense of customer service, are able to meet deadlines consistently and look for continuous process improvements.
