AP/Excel Expert
Our industrial client is looking for the perfect fit of skills and attitude for their growing accounting team. This particular role is on a temporary basis with the intention of becoming a permanent role down the road.
This role calls for someone who can handle high volumes of invoices but also be involved with on-going process improvement. If you are someone who has success creating efficiencies, is an advanced user of Excel, and loves a busy environment, this might be your chance to shine!
Specific duties include:
Data entry from invoices
Prepare and matches invoices to purchase orders
Reconcile vendor statements
Distributes incoming mail and emails for the Accounts Payable department in a timely manner.
Assist in process improvement where applicable
The company can expect of you:
2+ years’ experience in AP
Advanced user of Excel, specifically v-lookups, and pivot tables
Very high attention to detail

$18 - $22/hour
