My client is an electrical distributor, looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Inside Salesperson to join their Edmonton team. This newly created role is open because they are a marketplace leader, and they just keep growing. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Supervisor, and collaborate with the inside and outside sales force to identify relevant business trends, changes necessary and to maintain lead in the marketplace
Job Description:
Deliver fantastic customer service over the phone, via e-mail and in the showroom to consult with new and current clients on the best solutions for their businesses
Stay current with product launches, knowledge, and with appropriate sales tracking and reporting
Work with vendors to manage customer expectations, and deliveries
Maintain customer files, identify leads, and market trends with competitors
What they will expect from you:
3 or more years in an electrical sales role or having relevant working electric knowledge combined with sales/customer service background will also be considered
Great attention to detail, plus ability to multi-task, self-motivate and stay organized
Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, Outlook and other computer applications
Exceptional customer service mentality, with understanding of how to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
